Mason-Dixon Washcloth from Mason-Dixon Knitting. I'm using good o'l Peaches & Creme cotton yarn. The color is called Fiesta. It reminds me of rainbow shave ice.
My first ever bobble. At first, I could not figure out how the turn, purl, turn, knit, turn thing went. I wandered, "Turn? Turn where? How?" I had to dig up my copy of Knitting for Dummies. It was another "a-duh" moment. Now I like bobbles. But I loooove decreases. They are so pretty in their decreasing-ness! It's knitting that's going somewhere. Doing something.
I enjoyed it so much, I cast-on over 100 stitches and knit almost 20 rows in one day! My daughter even commented, "Hey, mom...you did that fast! That was fast knitting!"
Now that's amazing...

I saw this book at Barnes and Nobles Kahala. I almost bought it then remember I'm a newbie knitter. Have to get the basics down first. I looked real cool though.

Isn't that book fun? Your washcloth is really cute. I have some great cottons to make dishcloths. Can't wait to see how yours turns out!
Hope you are well~

I ordered that book too and have been making practice log cabin squares. Are you still crocheting too? How is that coming along?
